Free ground shipping is applied automatically. No minimum purchase or coupon code is required. SlipX Solutions reserves the right to change its free shipping policy at any time.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery dates are not guaranteed when using our free ground shipping service because they vary by carrier, destination and days our office is closed. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and major U.S. holidays. SlipX Solutions ships from Northern Michigan and utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
Many of our customers receive their order quickly – typically within 5 business days. Some customers may receive their order within 10-15 business days due to our warehouse location.
The further away you are from Michigan, the longer it may take for your order to arrive. Some customers in California, Florida, Texas, Hawaii and Alaska may experience longer delivery windows when the free ground shipping option is selected.

We proudly ship SlipX Solutions products to countries across the globe! International orders will be quoted at checkout and shipped via USPS. Please allow a minimum of 15 business days for your order to arrive. Delays can occur due to shipments being held in customs. These delays cannot be estimated or anticipated.
